Refund Policy

Overview

You may refund the home study or live zoom class one week after purchase and receipt of the home study or live zoom class. If you attend the live zoom class, you have one week to request a refund following the Question-and-Answer live zoom that follows class.   

If you refund the class, you will be removed from the free Facebook site.  You will be eligible to remain on the membership site.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you purchased the class via Partial.ly, we may only refund by a bank check.  When you use Partial.ly, we do not have access to your credit card.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
